Well, the weekend is over. Friday night i went to my fencer friend M to watch two dvd's and have some wine and refreshments :) First flick was "Ice Harvest" (Plot Outline: A dim-bulb lawyer attempts a Christmas Eve crime, hoping to swindle the local mob out of some money. But his partner, a strip club owner, might have different plans for the cash) with B.B.Thornton and John Cusack. And the second dvd was a dutch film called "Lek" (Plot Outline: Based on a book about an infamous real scandal in the Dutch crime scene, the film aims at exposing the horrors caused by corruption on both sides of the law) with Cas Jansen. Always a good time at M's. I even got a extensive cuddle from Hugo, one of her 2 cats.
Yesterday my collegue friend came over and installed our router. So now i not only have XP running beautifully, but also the Wonderful Web World. Here in the privacy of my own home. HurraH! Of course the rat ladies behaved fabulously. They're so good with strangers. When they are not peeing on them, eat their food and drink from their glasses :)
And today J and i went to Rotterdam for the last day of the China expo. Always good to hang out together. Saw some real cool stuff. Nothing at all like my parents have shown me in their photos and videos.
They'll be in the country soon. They are coming over for their niece's wedding, my cousin. I guess i am expected to meet up with them sometime. Saturday was my mother's birthday.
