TV disaster and other

I almost forgot to write about the drama of the year. My tv died. It happened overnight, in it's sleep! It's an outrage! And S., if you are reading this... thank you for your stamp-sized tv. It's really good to have something to fall back on. Not that i watch tv a lot, but hey.... Mind your own business! So there you have it!



Well and this week has certainly rushed by me. It is now friday and i have no idea why. Let's recap.
Monday: No recollection, visited Work place during daylight
Tuesday: Worked hard, No Fitnesscircuit, Watched TV with J
Wednesday: Worked hard, foil Fencing
Thursday: Worked, No sabre Fencing, Watched "Romance and Cigarettes" with J
Friday: Put J on train to Leipzig at 6AM, Worked hard, presently editing my post

Since january 2nd i have not lit a cigarette (i only occasionally smoke Kretek ciggies and water pipe aka bong). "What ever for" you might ask. I had bet with A that i could stop 'smoking only occasionally' for a month. But there's actually no gain. So i don't know why i don't smoke if i like. I am probably too proud to lose the bet. Although they say it's bad for you and you shouldn't smoke, even occasionally.



Well, what else to tell you virtual readers... Sunday I ordered some fencing stuff online in Lieffertz' Webshop, and it arrived Wednesday already. Only, my new electric foil has a pinkpurple pistol grip which is too small for me,not to mention the color clash (see below). We will exchange it soonish. But otherwise i am very pleased. Pleased indeed. For now i have 3 electric foils. Yey me! I only gotto make them work before i go to the tournament in Ireland!



The last picture for this post has to do with the heavy weather we have been enduring in the Netherlands. Stormy. A crane fell on a building on university ground. It's near where i work hard all the time... There were no people killed by it.
